Freedom Does Not Exist

“Freedom Does Not Exist” explores the gradual constriction of the space we inhabit and the distortion of freedom itself. Control quietly enters everyday life, while restrictions can be presented as protection, surveillance as care, and the surrender of autonomy as necessity.

As reality changes, so does our perception: what was once a limitation can become accepted as normal. Surveillance cameras, barbed wire, police lights, screens, and artificial boundaries become part of everyday life.

Through these images, I explore the blurred line between external control and internal constraint - and the moment when we begin to accept the boundaries imposed upon us as our own.
