House of 11 Winds is a summary of the first 10 years of my analog photography work, chosen among more than 10,000 photos I took. It consists of daily diary inputs, documenting life in my 20s, starting with 2012 when I was 23. I kept a camera with me at all times and lived a bohemian, artistic life alongside many other wandering individuals. Witnessing my life in photos prompted me to start putting my life into order. I could also see how, through the years, emotions came and went, and I learnt to lean into the waves instead of trying to escape them. To understand the title, I think it is best for one to imagine how that house looks and feels. 75 photos will soon be available in a printed form - a book that is an homage to a past life, an ode to the chaos of growing up, and a house for a young me to live in.
