During my first visit to New York City, I spent much of my time walking through different neighborhoods, observing and photographing everyday life. Being in an unfamiliar city, I found myself drawn to the moments that often go unnoticed: people moving through their daily routines, quiet moments of solitude, and the contrasts between individuals and their surroundings.
Rather than focusing on the city's familiar landmarks, I wanted to document the ordinary scenes, unexpected encounters, and fleeting moments that caught my attention. Through these photographs, I hope to offer a personal perspective on the city, shaped by curiosity, observation, and the experience of seeing New York for the first time.
