Being one of the most popular destinations in Turkey, Cappadocia attracts around 3 million tourists annually. As a result, the issue of land degradation and littering is aggravating faster than ever. Similar cases can also be found in China, Nepal, and, photographer's favorite destination, Iceland. Anywhere that has been made popular by social medias today has been made fragile and will soon be forsaken. The popularity of a place is reflected in a demand in the tourist pool which we all know will one day become non-existent. So what will be left after this wave?
