Traveling to Spain inspired the work I've been creating for the past two years. My wife and I spent one month in Barcelona at an artist residency painting and creating music. I hope the viewer experiences the depth of line work and the flow of brush strokes elegantly moving through the cats body and face. I choose to work with acrylic paint because it dries quickly. My subject mater is mostly landscapes and portraits of people that I create from my imagination. I consider my style of painting abstract infused with pop art.
