In my pictorial exploration, the subject's personality gradually emerges, revealing itself through a formal and chromatic heterogeneity that creates ruptures. These breaks, far from being simple accidents, participate in a dynamic of fragmentation of flat colors that deconstructs immediate perception to better reconstruct a presence, a suspended emotion.
The subject's expression plays out in the minute, capturing tenuous, almost elusive emotions. In most of my works, the model looks us in the eyes to build a dialogue with the viewer.
