Football; the biggest and arguably the most emotionally engaging sport in the world.
I am a lover of the game and find myself easily distracted and wrapped up in most games I watch, be it casually in the street or on TV in a bar.
However, there's something special and different about watching football when you're not emotionally invested in it. You tend to notice some much more, both on and off the field. For this series, I was in a rare position of watching the crowd instead of the sporting action. I was able to turn the lens around and capture reactions to goals, big chances and celebrations.
I think the real mix of emotions in these shots shows why people love Sport so much. There's not many other things in life that will pull you in so many crazy directions for 90 minutes but still make it home in time for tea.
