Phoneme

Coming from a background in literature, I have spent the past six years exploring photography as a way of discovering a new language through images.
A phoneme is the smallest unit of language, carrying no meaning on its own, yet contributing to meaning when combined with others. In this project, each photograph exists as a scattered unit in search of a visual language. Rather than following a fixed narrative or concept, the images seek to establish a sensory connection between the artist and the viewer, where meaning may emerge not through words, but through looking.
