These are the first photographic works that I made inside my studio. Before the Corona crisis I used to walk the streets with my camera in search of situations where the play between light and shadow, often on architectural objects, provides possibilities to capture the mundane in an abstract, graphical manner.

Unable to go outside I started experimenting and shaping compositions with light on my studio wall, discovering a universe parallel to my preceding imagery. It is through this process that my work has become even more abstract. These works are no deduction from reality, instead I am shaping conditions within which I can find the compositions that I capture with my camera.
