This series explores the movement from entanglement to expansion. In “Spiraling back into it,” I reflect on manipulation, conflicting narratives, and the cloud of destructive behaviors that can form around us. The figure exists in a space between witnessing and participating, ultimately choosing to step back, protect their energy, and recognize that not every narrative is theirs to carry. “Here, and everywhere” emerges as an afterthought to this separation; a feeling of expansion, release, and reconnection with life. Together, the works trace a movement from observing what diminishes us to allowing ourselves to exist more fully, intuitively, and open hearted once again.
