Reliquia explores the transformation of familiar objects into imagined archaeological artefacts. Everyday forms, detached from their original function, become vessels of memory, traces of time and fragments of a vanished existence. Through oxidised silver leaf, chemical processes and layered surfaces, each object undergoes a process of material metamorphosis. The corrosion becomes a visual language, suspended between beauty and decay, presence and absence. What was once ordinary acquires the enigmatic character of a relic, preserving the memory of something that may no longer exist.
