In February of 2018, I left Belgium with my girlfriend to set off on an epic journey around the world. We're still on the road but taking a break from traveling for two months in the Dominican Republic. Since we set off, I took a photo of every room we stayed in: Hostels, hotels, guesthouses, Airbnbs, tents, ...
I decided to shoot all the rooms we stay in just to capture the different atmospheres and personalities but also because the photos on booking websites are mostly shitty representations of what a room really looks like: Bad quality, heavily photoshopped or even 3D renderings...
