These are two images I've just completed based on Romeo and Juliet. I imagined romeo's love for Juliet carrying on past their deaths. Possibly finding her in the afterlife and worshiping her.
This was a personal project to help me discover something of more of a 'style' or aesthetic. A second attempt at this image (which took me 7 months to nail down). I made the male model wade around in freezing water in the middle of winter to get these shots, and he kindly agreed. Unfortunately, the water got removed from the final image. Sorry Hayden. :/
There are approx 30 image layers and countless adjustment layers that make up the image.
