Somewhere, for a While

Somewhere, for a While is an ongoing photographic series I began at the age of thirteen, exploring how people inhabit, shape, and transform the spaces around them.

What began as an observation of individual gestures gradually expanded into an interest in the relationships between people and their surroundings. Like stepping back from a single tree to see the forest, my perspective shifted from the individual to the larger landscape they become part of.

Through these photographs, I explore how people become part of one another’s environments, creating landscapes that are constantly changing through their presence.
