The Enigma

Often times, a place tells its story through time. Knowing the date and time of a place being photographed has been universal to most photographs. Sunset, sunrise, midday, or midnight. Time, thus, casts shadows, and changes the color of the sky and land; together they tell a story and evoke feelings in the viewers. But what if photos don’t reflect time anymore? What kind of feelings would arise in us? The selected series of photographs from ‘The Enigma’ serves as a meditation of the relationship between place and time. With the stories told through the magical landscapes in the series, it calls for a justification of reality and a re-evaluation of time.
