Adopted at birth, I connected with my birth family as a single mom at the age of 30. Words continue to elude my attempts to encompass all the ways in which that act has affected my life. So it become a series of large scale charcoal drawings that has spun off in to an installation and a photography series. Originally presented as part of the In/Visible exhibit at the Tree Frog Studios in Nov 2018.
