This zine is part of an ongoing project in urban textures and a study of the secret lives of inanimate objects. I've photographed and illustrated objects found in gutters, sidewalks, and bike lanes around my neighborhood. I want to present these objects as archaeological oddities, in a way where their original purpose or function is less important than their current place in the city.
