This brief and beautiful life. Placing focus and attention on being present, highlights these ever changing and passing moments. As life unfolds around us, attention to the small or bold details feels so full-filling. Mindfulness has become such an ever present part of my days and photography brings this tangibility aspect to that. This is teamwork, a cause and effect sort of relationship. I have only come to realize this recently, that my mindfulness was always present in my photography. This was a beautiful realization and awakening that I am grateful for. I hope this is felt and experienced for the viewer and that they too can go into their days with a deeper and more alive presence.
