Hi, this is Nicklecent, a multifaceted artist based in Indianapolis. I’ve been painting for years, and ##TIME5HEELS has solidified painting as a lifelong practice. Working in seasons, I create in waves, processing life internally before releasing it through my art. After years of tragic loss, personal awakening, and navigating life, this piece gathers the emotions, thoughts, and moments that have shaped me. At 22, I’m stepping into adulthood, learning to release expectations and worries while accepting that uncertainty is part of being human. This work represents growth, reflection, and my decision to move forward in life, freely and authentically.
