This work was born out of love and its ruins. For the past ten years, I have photographed the quiet aftermath of intimacy —the traces left behind by relationships, the slow construction and collapse of a home within another person. The images are documents of affection and anxiety, of the fragile balance between care and self-loss. Through this long process, I have tried to understand how we seek refuge in others —how we mistake love for healing, and how beauty persists even in what is broke.
