ZUHANEAN is a four-person interdisciplinary collective from Bosnia and Herzegovina formed by Anel Lepić, Husein Ohran, Muhamed Bešlagić and Jasmin Zubić. Their works are created collectively, without sketches, assigned sections or fixed hierarchy. Painting develops through immediate response: one gesture is interrupted, extended or contradicted by another until the work reaches a point none of them could have planned alone. The process values intuition, tension, humor, accident and negotiation over individual authorship. Each work becomes a record of a specific shared moment that cannot be repeated.
