I am an artist based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and have been experimenting with various techniques off and on for 10 years. I have a penchant for public and otherwise free installations where I give my art away, anonymously or under a pseudonym. I am not new nor am I unknown. I wish I knew where it was now. The performance aspect of stashing my art somewhere in public to see if it will come back to me is a truly genuine and authentic experience for me. This current series which I call "When I Turned 30" is a sampling of a collection that I produced in May of 2019. I derived my primary inspiration from a recent breakup, and the circumstances of it that released an outpouring of emotional expression that I had repressed for some time. I swear I am not trying to make her jealous.
