My piece, "Ya Abati" is inspired by Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and his father. Ibrahim invited his father to leave idol worship with love and respect, but was threatened in return. Still, he kept calling him “Ya Abati,” meaning “O my beloved father.” For me, this story shows how to face family conflict with patience and love.
