You in Red explores how a presence can remain embedded in memory long after a moment has passed. Through layers of color, spontaneous marks, erased gestures and overlapping lines, the painting becomes a territory where emotion appears, disappears and resurfaces. Red acts as the trace of that presence—intense, fragmented and impossible to ignore—while pinks, blues and dark interruptions create tension between tenderness and chaos. The work develops intuitively, allowing forms and connections to emerge through the process. For me, painting is not about illustrating a story, but discovering it.
