I take photos of people and places I come across, and most of them come with a story. I was born in Cairo, grew up between Muscat and Cairo, and moved to Berlin in 2018. When I'm somewhere new I like to stay a while. I walk a lot, talk to people and try to learn how the place works. My series so far are Masr (Egypt), Nippon (Japan), Berlin and Andalucía. My work has been shown or awarded by Sony, Canon, the SPC Photo Awards Berlin and the Berlin Photo Awards.
