Bridget Baker is a self-taught oil painter based in Seattle, WA. She explores themes of togetherness and manipulation across different bodies of work; often painting reflective surfaces that hold and distort what they face. Trained as a photographer, her practice is rooted in painting's slowness, using the medium to fix what a photograph captures in an instant.
