My practice explores memory, emotion, spirituality, and the complexities of human experience. Working primarily through abstract painting, I use gestural lines, layered colors, and recurring biomorphic forms to give physical expression to thoughts, feelings, and conversations that often go unspoken.
My process moves between intuition and reflection, drawing from personal experiences, observations, and my background in nursing. The forms that emerge serve as a visual language for internal dialogue, including conversations with myself and with God.
In some works, I incorporate sculptural materials that extend beyond the canvas, challenging the boundaries between painting and object. Through my practice, I explore how personal experiences shape our understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
