“Take My Picture” is a fantastic mini-documentary, directed by Dasha Zhukova and Andinh Ha. It examines the phenomenon of “peacocking” in the fashion world due to the proliferation of street style blogs.
I could actually see this being part of a feature length documentary about blogging’s affect on our culture, and our desire to document everything. Watch the film below!
Ingrid Baars is an artist/photographer from the Netherlands. Her unique style of photo-manipulation merges photography, high-end fashion and traditional African sculpture. Her works are entirely self managed, controlling the preliminary photo-shoot right through to editing the final piece.
