“Train of Thought” by Photographer Damien Rayuela

“Train of Thought” is a photo series by photographer Damien Rayuela, shot on the longest railway line in the world, the Trans-Siberian. The legendary rail connects Europe and Asia across 9289km from Moscow to Vladivostok. The journey is not one that tourists usually take, and Rayuela says “one’s senses get sharpened by the constant rocking of the train, the limited space one’s bound to share with strangers for days and nights and the hypnotizing Siberian landscape unfolding outside. There’s the magic of distance, place and time for something very unique to be felt. What follows is my attempt to grasp a bit of it.”
