In our recent Letter from the Editor we mentioned that we were planning to add some people to our team and we’re excited to announce that we’re now accepting applications for two Freelance Contributing Editor positions (open to anyone around the world).
For both positions we’re looking for someone with a unique eye for visual content — whether you curate a creative Instagram account or already contribute to other magazines, we want to hear from you. If you love discovering new artists, consider yourself a competent writer (English), and think that your aesthetic/curation could be fit for Booooooom, you can apply below!
Working alongside the Editor-in-Chief, the ideal candidates’ primary responsibilities will be to source, edit and publish content features for the art and/or photo categories on Booooooom .
These roles (est. 10-15 hours per week) will be paid freelance positions on contract for a minimum of 8 weeks with the option to extend and expand your role and responsibilities. You do not have to be based in Vancouver. These are remote positions, so feel free to apply no matter where you are based!
