I want to edit or change part of my submission
The great thing about being a member is that you have unlimited submissions. So if you are unhappy with your submission in any way, we recommend deleting your submission (found at the bottom of your profile) and then submitting a new one.
How do I cancel my account
If you want to cancel your membership, you can visit your account, click on the “Subscriptions” tab, and press cancel.
If I cancel right after I sign up, will I lose access to submitting?
Depending on your membership, you will have access to all member related content and open calls until your subscription term comes to an end (ie. if you cancelled half way through the year on a yearly membership, you will still have access until the end of the yearly plan).
Can I get invoices for my membership payments?
Yes – just navigate to your account page, found here, and you’ll be able to download PDF’s of your membership payments.
I already have a Booooooom account, but I am not a member
If you want to become a member, just log in to your existing account here and then select a membership here. You can keep your existing profile, submissions, username, and password as well.
I am getting an “internal error” when uploading images
One of the reasons for an internal error when uploading is that your browser may be out of date. We support a variety of browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Opera, and Firefox, but older versions of these browsers may cause issues when uploading media. We recommend updating to newest version of the browser. If the problem persists, email us at the address listed below.
