The main subjects of my paintings are the female figure, and emotions. I paint women covered in delicate materials and place them in colorful backgrounds. The paintings are part of a series 'Thread of femininity' where I use lace as an ornament. I concentrate on the delicate and soft forms of the models and the game of shadow and light. Even though I don’t paint portraits, I show the feelings through body language. I study female nature and focus on the delicate and sensitive aspect of it. I use ornaments in the background to control the mood of an artwork and the lace highlights that.
