In this series of works I use old photographs as my guide and inspiration. I look for photos from flea markets and old family albums that touch something in me and make me want to paint the people I see in these scenes from a different era long gone. I revive them through my own eyes and give them a new meaning intertwined with my own experiences and emotions.
