I have loved photography and nature equally since I was a teenager. Inspired by the outstanding work of Ansel Adams, I photographed the series "Botanica" in 2022. The diversity and beauty of what nature produces over and over again is almost overwhelming. With my pictures I want to draw attention to this miracle that we all too often overlook or take for granted.
The series includes a total of 40 portrait format black and white photographs, taken 2022 in and around my home town of Bad Kissingen and in the botanical gardens of the University of Würzburg.
