Since 2023, when I began studying the world of Tarot, the Arcana have become one of my greatest sources of inspiration, to the point that I decided to dedicate an entire personal project to reimagining these cards, titled Contemporary Arcana.
While the formal intention is to create a series of colourful macro cards, the ultimate goal lies in the rediscovery and reinterpretation of historical-mythological figures that are still relevant to this day and therefore, capable of restoring the narrative function that Tarot held in Renaissance courts, before they became divinatory tools.
