They say a picture paints a thousand words. Yet, a few choice words can do everything from lift to destroy, bring laughter or tears, provide serenity or rage. I love creating pieces that combine the power and emotion of both forms of expression. I also prefer to paint what's in my heart and mind rather than what I see. Somehow, for me, that makes the outcome most original.
