Daimonos explores the fading of Christian faith and the return of something older. Crosses, lambs, incense, candles and sacrifice appear as traces of a belief slowly losing its certainty. From this absence emerges Dionysus — through grapes, the body, desire and transformation.
Fire becomes both destruction and rebirth, marking the passage between two spiritual worlds. The title refers to the ancient Greek daimon, a force between the human and the divine, before its later association with evil.
