The menstrual cycle is not just a monthly event, but a continuous, recurring process spanning over forty years. A cornerstone of humanity and an indispensable part of reproduction. It is the most fundamental process from the perspective of both evolution and society, yet we completely overlook how certain phases affect society through the individual. Within this series, I translated the physical and mental symptoms into a more concrete representation using objects and floral symbols.

These phases influence our most basic biological processes, including sleep needs, appetite, mood, and overall well-being. Becoming aware of these changes is essential so that we can adapt to our body's current needs.
