My practice explores intimate and delicate portraits of culture and art that convey closeness and a contemporary sensibility. I work intuitively, searching for and encountering silent dialogue from the feminine perspective. My work has a strong psychological charge, with loose, atmospheric strokes capturing the emotions of the subjects, exploring motherhood, death, loneliness, and the complexity of life. My medium is usually oil, gouache, watercolor, marker, and spray paint. I love discovering new materials and pushing them to their limits, even taking them beyond the pictorial plane.
