In my paintings, the model-like appearance plays a central role. Through this formal
language,I question the phenomenon of perceiving our reality.
The small, windowless houses and the stage-like arrangement of objects and figures
invite the viewer to think beyond what is visible. They not only reflect the external world
but also our internal perception, creating a dialogue between imagination and reality.
The recurring elements create a sense of familiarity and mysticism. This staged quality
invites the viewer to immerse themselves in a fantastical world, where nature and the
everyday appear in a new light.
My works reflect both inner thoughts and external environments that emerge from a
world of muted tones and are infused with a shimmering veil.
