My work revolves around the theme of pop expressionism which is combination of various movements and styles - for example pop art, Fauvism and expressionism. I am interested in the human condition, and often the work functions as encoded journal entries - meaning my own mood and anxieties is put into each of the portraits. The results are emotional portraits full of energy. I am inspired by people in general. Moreover, fashion photography is something I enjoy researching and have done for many years, I enjoy the theatricality of it.
