Surrounded by bells, hidden behind grotesk masks, Broken and diseased characters,
as if ghosts of hope on a mission to scare away bad omens.

I recollect a saying. Become your own fear, so it won't scare you anymore.
And then I wonder. If you turn into your fear, why not being afraid of your own self?
