This series of stilllife images were made during camping trips in a span of several months. The simplicity of being outdoors and embracing the unexpecting elements is liberating. Drying wet socks after a surprise rainstorm, a well-loved kettle marked by fire, or carefully picked wildflowers, all became mediums to treasure those moments. When isolated from our routines, leaves more time to untangle our thoughts.
