I strive to combine the organic and geometric; two seemingly polar opposite notions, in my drawings of the human form. Fascinated by both worlds, as a student of the Arts, and as a former student of advanced Mathematics, my creative challenge has long been to find commonality between fluidity and rigidity; emphasizing this relationship through the stark use of graphite and the parallel juxtaposition of black versus white.
