HyunJung focuses on the storytelling of moments and thoughts that are perishable or quickly gone, like a shooting star. She gets most inspired by literature or music, all kinds of storytelling, and nature or textures, all shapes of accumulation between organic and inorganic.
She grew up in South Korea and has been to many places worldwide for half her life. Witnessing diverse life forms and experiencing unsettling life shaped her enthusiasm to try something new. If it goes well, it’s another shining memory; if not, it’s another accumulation in her life.
