She specializes in creating vibrant, heartfelt illustrations and primarily works with gouache, watercolor, and colored pencil on paper.

IN EMMI'S ROOM is a story about a newspaper cut-out named Ben finds himself in the bright and playful room of a little girl named Emmi. Surrounded by stuffed animals, delicate toys, and whimsical decorations, he embarks on an adventure to figure out where he truly belongs in this lively world. Inspired by her own childhood memories, Lisa wishes to tell a subtle and heartfelt story of a father and daughter through moments of wonder and discovery, exploring the unseen ways we are loved.
