Inspired by Barron’s article “Insider Trading Is Shaping Prediction Markets. Polymarket Sees an Edge,” this work explores prediction markets and insider trading through two predictive curves, each plotted using data points I devised. The curves represent two possible outcomes of the same event and together form a double-edged sword within a coordinate system, symbolizing the dual nature of informational advantage.
