Keirsten Read is an illustrator working in the New York City area. Her work incorporates her love of nature, music, and adventure in a whimsical and unique way.
From childhood she was encouraged to be creative. Growing up with artistic parents, her mother a watercolor painter and her father a creative director, has given her the opportunity to see the beauty in the little things and show the viewer the world through her eyes.
Her medium primarily consists of pen and ink but also adds bursts of color with Prismacolor colored pencils, and watercolor.
