I'm Mario Soria based in Barcelona, Spain. I have new work and style to show you, my paintings are now bigger size and more colourful, most of them are new superheroes that come from the past centuries as they were in a movie poster with titles playing with typographies from my favourite films.
I changed my characters not famous and popular as they used to be but from classical paintings putting on them modern objects that don’t belong to their age and some strange metamorphosis on animals. Now I use as many toys as I can, not only on lateral canvas but to create 3D frames kind of baroque style. Besides the powerful colour explosion I keep doing my little persons and details to amuse the spectators and if they keep a longer view can find them.
