Created in an effort to bring more drawing back into my practice, "Memories, Drawn" is a continuing series of colored pencil and soft pastel works inspired by memory, nostalgia, and the passage of time. Ranging from childhood recollections to moments still unfolding in the present, each drawing begins with an image, feeling, or atmosphere that has stayed with me. Some depict specific memories, while others evoke a broader sense of a particular time or season of life.

Through layered color and blurred mark-making, the series explores the way memories evolve, capturing not just moments, but the emotions and impressions they leave behind.
